Complaints Policy

Complaints Policy

In the event that a student wishes to file a complaint, he / she must first orally file this with the program coordinator, who will then forward the complaint to the College Director. The Director will immediately request a meeting with the complainant to resolve the complaint. If after the meeting with the Director the complaint is not settled then the complainant has the right to submit his / her complaint in writing to the Disciplinary Committee of the College which will address the issue. The committee, based on the complaint, will be able to call the complainant, as well as all those involved, to give their own version in order to be able to reach a decision on the matter. The Disciplinary Committee consists of the Director of the College, two members of the teaching staff and the student representative. The coordinator of the program, in which the complainant studies, will participate as an ex-officio member. Issues that may be accepted for consideration by the disciplinary committee may include a student's quarrel with a member of the teaching staff, sexual harassment, but also issues of quality of the education provided, as well as issues of student rights which may arise from any breach of College regulation.
