The course’s objective is to provide students with a fundamental understanding of bookkeeping. The students become practically involved with preparation and assembly of source material, books of original entry, ledger accounts, bank reconciliation, employee’s pay and introduction to income taxes. In order to equip the students with the necessary knowledge, real life examples will be used.
