The 3-year Higher Diploma in Hotel Management places equal emphasis on comprehensive instruction in theory and practical training, especially on the fundamental disciplines of food and beverage operations. For their practical training, students are placed for four summer months (June-September) in the best hotels and restaurants of Cyprus. Since they provide valuable services to these institutions, the students receive financial compensation during this period of their studies. Students may earn a monthly salary of euro 600 to 800. After completing the 3-year Higher Diploma in Hotel Management students may continue at EUC.
